Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Watkin Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Sagoth (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jones comes to the ring accompanied by Evil Boy. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Watkin Jones! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, John Sagoth! The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Albert Achterberg and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sagoth decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Sagoth is working for a kimura but Jones is defending it quite comfortably.
Sagoth prevents Jones from standing back up.
Jones wants to get back to full guard. Sagoth is looking for a kimura but Jones is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Sagoth to get the leverage. Sagoth trying to control from half guard but Jones is working away. Sagoth is thwarting Jones's attempts to control the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sagoth is working for a submission of some sort.
Jones makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Jones. Sagoth is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Jones is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Jones has escaped and now he's on top! Jones seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sagoth is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Jones defends well. Sagoth is looking for a guillotine. Sagoth throws his legs up looking for a submission but Jones uses it to pass to side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sagoth manages to get back to half guard. Jones trying to control the pace. Sagoth looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Jones decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up. Jones lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Jones moves out of range as Sagoth strikes. Sagoth tries a head kick but it misses.
Sagoth takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Jones is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
That's four minutes gone in the round. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Jones stuffs the takedown attempt from Sagoth. Sagoth gets slowly back to his feet. Jones lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Jones blocks a head kick by Sagoth.
Sagoth misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Sagoth looks winded! Jones feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Sagoth sprawling to the canvas! Sagoth rolls over backwards and springs off the ropes and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Jones finish him?!
Sagoth is rocked!
It looks like John Sagoth has been cut. Jones closes the distance and lands a brutal uppercut that knocks Sagoth out! We're looking at the replay now - he was out before he hit the floor!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Watkin Jones! Post fight, Watkin Jones took to the microphone: 'Zef Side!'.
