Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Manusamoa Faasavalu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tom Bee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tom Bee acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Manusamoa Faasavalu! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Tom Bee! The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Ryoma Takatsuka and Chris Saunders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Faasavalu lands a two punch combo.
Faasavalu gets a takedown into half guard. Bee manages to get to full guard.
Bee is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Bee prevents Faasavalu from improving his position. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Bee is nestled in close to Faasavalu, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
That's one minute gone in the round. Faasavalu is pressing down on Bee's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Bee lands a couple of elbows. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bee postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Bee must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Bee wants to control from the top but Faasavalu keeps moving. Bee controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Bee postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Bee is in close to Faasavalu's body, working some short punches and elbows. Faasavalu utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Faasavalu is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Bee wants to control from the top but Faasavalu keeps moving. This has been an exciting period of action! Bee postures up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bee wants to control from the top but Faasavalu keeps moving. Bee content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Bee trying to control but Faasavalu is working from the bottom. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Bee throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Faasavalu works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Bee postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bee working some strikes from top position. Faasavalu looking for a triangle here. Bee is fighting it but it looks tight! Faasavalu pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Bee is tapping out - this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle Choke). Manusamoa Faasavalu! A less than humble Manusamoa Faasavalu misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
