Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marion Cobretti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zagnut Dunbar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cobretti comes to the cage accompanied by Frank Sinatra - Fly me to the moon. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
18 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Marion Cobretti! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
13 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Zagnut Dunbar! The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Saam Ante and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cobretti swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Dunbar avoids the head kick by Cobretti.
Cobretti swings away with a body shot that misses
and Dunbar connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Cobretti has a takedown stuffed. Dunbar lands a leg kick that knocks Cobretti off balance momentarily. Dunbar blocks a jab. Cobretti misses with a looping right. Cobretti takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Cobretti lunges at Dunbar with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Dunbar's hand. Dunbar showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Cobretti.
Cobretti throws a right hand that Dunbar ducks under and follows up with a left that Dunbar also avoids with ease. Dunbar scores with a crisp jab that stopped Cobretti in his tracks. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Cobretti misses with a jab, cross combination.
Cobretti clobbers Dunbar with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Dunbar jabs Cobretti to the body, keeping him at a distance. Dunbar fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Cobretti manages to avoid it. Dunbar wants to clinch up but Cobretti keeps it at a distance.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dunbar throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Dunbar takes a body punch but keeps moving. Dunbar is looking to chop away at Cobretti's legs. Cobretti misses with a straight left. Cobretti takes a swing at Dunbar's ribcage but misses. Dunbar misses with a straight right. Dunbar throws a hook but Cobretti avoids it easily. Dunbar avoids the body shot from Cobretti.
Dunbar scores with a takedown into Cobretti's guard. Cobretti had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Dunbar defends it easily. Cobretti has his foot on Dunbar's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Dunbar works his way back into a safe position though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Dunbar sitting in guard, not really doing much. Cobretti throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Cobretti is looking for a triangle but Dunbar pushes his legs off easily.
Cobretti has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Dunbar is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Cobretti. Cobretti regains half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dunbar tries to pass to full mount but Cobretti defends it. Dunbar throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Cobretti is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Dunbar is trying to control the action in half guard but Cobretti is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Dunbar winds up and cracks Cobretti with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Cobretti looking for submissions off his back. Dunbar really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Cobretti. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Cobretti is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Dunbar pulls his head out easily. Cobretti actively working from the bottom here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dunbar is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Cobretti looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Cobretti wants to improve his position but Dunbar is controlling well.
Cobretti is staying active underneath Dunbar, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Dunbar takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Cobretti actively working from the bottom here. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Dunbar thows an elbow strike that misses. Cobretti gets hold of full guard and has managed to get a loose guillotine attempt. Dunbar doesn't seem too bothered but Cobretti quickly shifts his position and has tightened the hold! Dunbar is in big trouble now - he's going a funny colour - he's tapping out! Nice finish there! Dunbar really should have spotted the danger earlier though... either incompetence or over-confidence has resulted in a big L on his record.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Marion Cobretti! Marion Cobretti really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Cyclone Nutrition Company logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
