Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mahmut Demir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Olbrzymi Vlad (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
9 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mahmut Demir!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
30 - 11 - 0, fighting out of London, Olbrzymi Vlad!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Jeff Smith and Roger Salmon.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vlad wants to clinch up but Demir keeps it at a distance.
Demir keeps the fight on the outside.
Vlad misses with a head kick.
Vlad wants to clinch
and Demir counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Vlad preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Demir postures up in Vlad's guard and throws a big left but Vlad blocks it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Demir trying to control the position from guard on top but Vlad is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Vlad wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Demir manages to pass to side control.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Vlad closes the distance and clinches up with Demir, looking for a takedown. Vlad pushes Demir against the cage but Demir circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

and Demir makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Vlad really felt that one!

Vlad is breathing heavily.
Vlad doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Demir lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Olbrzymi Vlad is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Demir tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Vlad was well out of range. Poor timing from Demir.

It looks like Olbrzymi Vlad has been cut.
Demir looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Vlad!

Demir cracks Vlad with a big right hand but Vlad just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Vlad is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Demir is controlling him well.
Demir is staying tight to Vlad's torso, preventing him from escaping.
