The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Jorge Garcia and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barksdale ducks under a wild hook from Styles.
Barksdale moves into the clinch.
Barksdale throws a head punch that misses.
Styles wants a takedown but no success here.
Styles avoids the elbow strike from Barksdale, against the cage.
Barksdale looking to throw knees to the head but Styles is blocking nicely.
Barksdale creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Styles's defenses.
It looks like Xavier Styles has been cut.
Barksdale crunches a lovely knee into Styles's ribcage.

Xavier Styles seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
