Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Klas Ondahl (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Doe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Doe's choice of entrance music: How could I just kill a man. John Doe has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
15 - 9 - 2, fighting out of New York, Klas Ondahl! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
13 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, John Doe! The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Bruno Lombardi and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ondahl shoots for a takedown but Doe saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Doe takes the fight into the clinch. Doe softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. Ondahl is trying to pull guard but Doe turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Doe tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Doe pushes Ondahl back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Still in the clinch, Doe scores with a nice short uppercut. Doe lands a nice uppercut. Doe makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Ondahl is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Doe is defending well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Klas Ondahl. That's going to take a lot out of him. Doe misses with some punches.
Doe pushes Ondahl back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Ondahl jumps guard but Doe stands there with Ondahl around his waist. Ondahl gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Ondahl jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Doe walks away with a smile on his face. Ondahl gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Doe moves into the clinch successfully.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Ondahl. Doe tries to throw a body punch but Ondahl avoids it by throwing Doe back against the cage. Doe swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Ondahl jumps guard but Doe turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Ondahl's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Doe tries to work over Ondahl's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Ondahl is trying to pull guard but Doe turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Ondahl tries to pull guard but Doe won't allow it.
Doe lands a hook that snaps the head of Ondahl backwards. Ondahl blocks an elbow strike from Doe.

The crowd are getting on Doe's back here. They're not happy about his lack of aggression in the clinch. Doe lands a body punch in the clinch. Ondahl tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Doe lands with a right to the head. Doe misses with a knee strike.

Doe throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Doe lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Ondahl or not. Doe scores with a nice hook to the head. Doe tries to throw a body punch but Ondahl avoids it by throwing Doe back against the cage. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Ondahl tries to pull guard but Doe forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Doe digs a right hand underneath Ondahl's ribcage. Ondahl let out a lung full of air as it connected. Doe blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
John Doe dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Ondahl gets tackled into the cage by Doe. Doe maintains the clinch. Doe lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Ondahl. Doe stalls. A short right hand to the side of the head by Doe. Doe lands a right hand that snaps the head of Ondahl backwards. John Doe seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far. Ondahl blocks a body shot from Doe. Doe scores with a nice hook to the head. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Doe lands with a short shot to the head. Doe doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Doe tries to free his leg and advance position but Ondahl is retaining full guard. Ondahl looking for a guillotine here but Doe defends easily.

Doe wants to work for an arm triangle but Ondahl is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Doe passes to full mount! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Doe controlling his opponent.

Doe takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Ondahl regains half guard. Doe is keen to just control but Ondahl is a slippery customer. Ondahl is trying to get back to full guard. Still in half guard, Doe seems content to control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ondahl looking for submissions off his back. Ondahl is refusing to be controlled, as Doe sits in half guard. Doe passes to side control. Doe controlling from side mount. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Doe wants to control but Ondahl is keeping him busy. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
John Doe showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
Doe lands with a slapping head kick. Ondahl shoots and misses and Doe counters with a thumping low kick. Ondahl is trying hard to land a takedown here. Doe sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Ondahl will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Klas Ondahl. That's going to take a lot out of him. Doe moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Ondahl tries to close the distance and clinch but Doe swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Ondahl moves out of range of the body kick. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Ondahl is defended easily by Doe. Doe displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Ondahl. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ondahl has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Doe. Doe gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Ondahl is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Doe to keep the fight standing. Doe scores with a shoulder strike. This has been an exciting period of action! Doe makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Ondahl is rocked! Doe is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. Doe drops Ondahl onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Ondahl is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet! Oh Ondahl is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! A short uppercut from Doe. Doe works on Ondahl's body with a couple of short punches.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Doe gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head. Doe dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage. Doe lands with a right to the head. The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. A quick uppercut on the inside from Doe. Doe pushes Ondahl against the cage and as Ondahl bounces back, Doe cracks him with a massive overhand right that sends him crashing to the mat! Doe follows up with more strikes but Ondahl was out from that first, devastating punch! Wow!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:38 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). John Doe! John Doe decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
