2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kerry Paul! The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Trilliss pushes Paul up against the cage in a clinch. Paul prevents the takedown attempt.
Paul gets underhooks to prevent Trilliss's takedown attempt.
Trilliss tries for a takedown but Paul manages to get underhooks.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for B Ron Trilliss. That's going to take a lot out of him. Paul manages to break the clinch.

Paul swats away the attempt to clinch by Trilliss. Trilliss walks into a jab. Trilliss dives in and grabs Paul's left leg, looking for a takedown. Paul pushes down on Trilliss's head and hops out. Paul drives through and clinches with Trilliss against the cage.

Trilliss tries to close the distance and clinch up but Paul swats him away and circles back towards the center. Trilliss tries to clinch but Paul moves away and Paul counters with a nice body kick. Paul misses with a double jab.

Trilliss really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Paul showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Trilliss.
B Ron Trilliss seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Paul thows a left - swing and a miss! Trilliss wants to clinch and Paul counters with a series of strikes that really hurt Trilliss! The ref looks into his eyes and sees nobody home - he's called the fight! This one is all over!
