Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Roger Salmon and Micheangelo Fripello.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Master shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Stevens manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Master drops back, looking for a kneebar! Stevens looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Stevens looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Stevens!
Stevens advances to mount.

Stevens really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Master. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Master tries to reverse the position but Stevens maintains control.
Stevens throws some wild stikes that Master manages to avoid easily.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Stevens unloads with some shots from mount but Master bucks and avoids them well.
Master is looking to improve his position but Stevens isn't that keen on the idea.
Master sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Master slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Master looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Stevens is defending well. Master quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Stevens has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Master celebrates on the ropes, with the crowd.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Malcolm Master!
