Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jejomar Roxas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike NineTeen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mike NineTeen looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jejomar Roxas! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mike NineTeen! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! NineTeen shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Roxas but Roxas pushes him off and we're back to square one. NineTeen tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Roxas manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. NineTeen rushes Roxas and presses him up against the cage. Roxas is defending well against a takedown attempt. NineTeen breaks from the clinch.
Sloppy strikes from NineTeen. Those never looked like landing. NineTeen throws a half hearted mid kick. Roxas pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Roxas throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Roxas misses with a left hand and NineTeen counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Roxas is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Roxas is trying to stand.
That's one minute gone in the round. Roxas is looking to get back to full guard here but NineTeen has managed to pass to side control instead. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. NineTeen is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Roxas knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Roxas defending against the ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Roxas trying to remain calm as NineTeen controls from the top position. NineTeen throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. NineTeen stands up. Roxas scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
That's three minutes gone in the round. NineTeen is looking to clinch but Roxas is avoiding it.
Roxas throws a sloppy head kick and NineTeen moves out of range easily. Roxas works NineTeen's body with a nice hook. NineTeen ducks under a wild hook from Roxas. NineTeen moves into the clinch. NineTeen breaks the clinch.

NineTeen looks winded! Roxas with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Roxas throws a body punch but NineTeen moves out of range. Roxas lands a head kick!
It looks like Mike NineTeen has been cut.
That's four minutes gone in the round. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Roxas thuds a left hand into NineTeen's body. Roxas connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Roxas lands a front kick. Roxas throws a head kick that half lands.

Roxas lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Roxas connects with a high kick. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Roxas connects with an inside leg kick. Roxas throws a nice head kick!
Roxas lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.

NineTeen walks into a jab. Roxas displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from NineTeen. Roxas misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
NineTeen thows a body shot but no joy. NineTeen shoots in for a takedown but Roxas shows good takedown defense. Roxas connects with an inside leg kick. NineTeen avoids the head kick by Roxas.

Roxas stuns NineTeen with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. NineTeen is breathing heavily. NineTeen takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. NineTeen fails with an attempt to clinch.

Roxas thuds a left hand into NineTeen's body. Roxas takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Roxas lands a head kick!
Roxas goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Roxas fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and NineTeen has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Roxas lands a nice looking body shot.

That has opened up Mike NineTeen's cut even more. Roxas lands a jab to the head.
Roxas lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Mike NineTeen is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Roxas throws a head kick that misses. Roxas throws a quick head kick that skims the top of NineTeen's head. Roxas cracks NineTeen with a good jab. Roxas throws a sloppy head kick and NineTeen moves out of range easily. NineTeen closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Roxas did well to prevent NineTeen getting side control. NineTeen takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Roxas wants to get back to full guard but NineTeen has mounted him! NineTeen with good strikes from the mount here!
That's three minutes gone in the round. NineTeen has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Roxas's face.
NineTeen content just to control the position here. NineTeen raining down hammerfists from mount. NineTeen pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. NineTeen controlling his opponent. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jejomar Roxas dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Mike NineTeen's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
NineTeen dives in and grabs Roxas's left leg, looking for a takedown. Roxas pushes down on NineTeen's head and hops out. NineTeen darts in and clinches Roxas up against the cage. NineTeen displaying some good clinch control by pressing Roxas up against the cage. NineTeen decides to pull guard. NineTeen takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Roxas preventing the sweep. NineTeen has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as NineTeen holds on and takes a little breather.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. NineTeen takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Roxas throws a sloppy head kick and NineTeen moves out of range easily. Roxas stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. That kick from Roxas tenderised NineTeen's leg. NineTeen is trying to keep his angry face on. Good shot there by Roxas. Jejomar Roxas is winning the standup battle so far. NineTeen doesn't manage to clinch there - Roxas circles away.
Roxas scores with a kick to the midsection. NineTeen takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Roxas lands a head kick!

That's two minutes gone in the round. Roxas throws a mid kick that lands with a slap. Roxas jabs NineTeen to the body, keeping him at a distance. NineTeen's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. Roxas cracks the inside of NineTeen's front leg. NineTeen takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Roxas lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. NineTeen is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Roxas throws a head kick that NineTeen semi-blocks.

Roxas keeps NineTeen at a distance using the push kick. Roxas lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. NineTeen fails with a takedown attempt. Roxas looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Roxas throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Roxas fakes high and swings low for a body shot but NineTeen manages to avoid it. NineTeen is trying hard to land a takedown here. Roxas sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Jejomar Roxas has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mike NineTeen. Roxas steps to the side to avoid the strikes from NineTeen.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Roxas lands a body shot.
Crunch! Roxas slams his shin into NineTeen's torso. Roxas tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Roxas buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
NineTeen closes the distance and clinches. Roxas tries to pull guard but NineTeen holds him up against the cage and eventually Roxas drops back down to his feet.
Roxas is trying to work for a single leg takedown but NineTeen pulls him back up using the underhooks. Mike NineTeen has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Jejomar Roxas is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. NineTeen manages to break the clinch.
And that's the end of the fight! Jejomar Roxas showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Roxas, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
