Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Marcal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Utter Bum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Daniel Marcal!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Utter Bum!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Bum, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Bum moves to clinch but Marcal breaks away
and Marcal counters with a single leg into guard. Bum didn't expect that.
Marcal trying to control the position from guard on top but Bum is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Bum has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Marcal off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Bum misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Marcal closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Bum to the mat! Bum manages to get full guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Marcal trying to control but Bum is working from the bottom.
Bum is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Marcal is controlling him.
Marcal wants to stand and escape but instead Bum has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
Marcal wants to hit a switch here but Bum passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Marcal there!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Marcal throwing hammer fists to the chest of Bum. What's that going to do exactly?
Marcal throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing.
Bum looking to control but Marcal is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Bum misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Marcal tries to control Bum's body but Bum pushes him off. Marcal squirms to his side and now Bum has his back!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
I really don't envy Marcal right now.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Marcal breaks Bum's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
Marcal got a little sloppy there for a moment and Bum has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Marcal has managed to get both his arms back between Bum's legs - danger averted.
Bum can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Marcal controls the pace.
Marcal gets to his feet - Bum follows without any prompting.
Marcal is breathing heavily.
Marcal misses with a takedown
and Bum counters with a nice uppercut.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Bum wants to take a breather but Marcal is having none of it.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Bum stands up and beckons Marcal to join him on the feet.
Bum tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
No luck for Bum with that takedown attempt.
Daniel Marcal seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bum shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Bum showed some decent athleticism there.
Bum keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Bum frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Bum wants to control the pace but Marcal is squirming around nicely.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Bum with the ground and pound from mount.
Marcal takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Marcal on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Marcal tries to get out of the position.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bum lands a big elbow.
Marcal tries to control the position but Bum now has his back.
Bum is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Marcal with him. Marcal is trying to defend but Bum has an arm under the chin now! Marcal grimaces and is forced to tap out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Utter Bum!
