Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andrew Martin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jaques Du Coudray (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Martin comes into the arena with Downstait - This Is My Life blaring out of the sound system. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Jaques Du Coudray was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Sam Margolis and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martin shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Du Coudray counters with a head kick.
Andrew Martin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Martin shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Du Coudray pinned against the cage. Du Coudray gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Martin tries for a takedown but Du Coudray circles away easily
and Du Coudray counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Andrew Martin. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Martin blocks a head kick by Du Coudray.
Du Coudray lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
It looks like Andrew Martin has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Martin misses with a takedown
and Du Coudray counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Martin shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Du Coudray counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Martin is breathing heavily.
Nice body kick from Du Coudray.
Du Coudray is looking to slow Martin down with leg kicks.
Martin moves out of range of the body kick.
Du Coudray comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Du Coudray cracks Martin with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Du Coudray has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Martin to stand back up!
Martin is rocked!
Du Coudray pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Oh Martin is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Martin has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Du Coudray.
Martin seems to have got his legs back now.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Du Coudray seems to be stalking Martin here. He circles momentarily and then unleashes a devastatic head kick! Martin drops like a stone, out cold! WOW! Are you kidding me!? What a knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:07 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Jaques Du Coudray!
Jaques Du Coudray spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
