These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Couture feints and as Teixeira raises his hands in defense, Couture changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Couture in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Couture working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Teixeira's head.

Couture paying the price for stalling here - he's pushing hard on the arm trying to free himself but it's no use! He's tapped! WOW, quick submission from Teixeira - great work!
