Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bill Goldberg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kurt Kendall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Goldberg kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is GOLDBERG. Kendall has chosen Kool Moe Dee - I Go To Work as his entrance music. Bill Goldberg could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Kurt Kendall's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Goldberg manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Kendall on his heels. He'll look to pass Kendall's guard now, I'm sure.

Goldberg shoots for a double leg takedown but Kendall sprawls well. He's pushed Goldberg's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Goldberg shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Kendall pinned against the cage. Kendall gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Goldberg tries to close the distance and clinch but Kendall swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

A close second round but Kurt Kendall will probably get the nod - 10:9.

Goldberg shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Kendall eats them both and turns towards Goldberg to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Kendall is trying to push Goldberg away but Goldberg has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Kendall has had enough of the clinch but Goldberg keeps him there for the moment.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Goldberg closes the distance but Kendall moves to the side
and Kendall counters with a nice uppercut.

And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Bill Goldberg.
I think Goldberg has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

A very excited looking Bill Goldberg rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
