Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dan Leighty (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kauno Kaalikorva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Leighty comes to the cage accompanied by Cowboy Dan. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Kaalikorva throws a jab but it's blocked by Leighty.

Leighty fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Kaalikorva has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Good leg kick by Kaalikorva there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Kaalikorva clobbers Leighty with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Leighty wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Leighty fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Kaalikorva.

Kaalikorva walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Leighty checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

enabling Leighty to counter with a crisp jab.
Leighty lands a nice leg kick that just misses Kaalikorva's sensitive parts.
Leighty uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Kaalikorva.
Leighty avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

Kaalikorva fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Leighty checks it well.
Kaalikorva slips a jab and a cross from Leighty.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Kaalikorva crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Leighty - the referee stops the clock and Kaalikorva gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Leighty. Kaalikorva manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
