The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aurelio throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Silva drops his hands momentarily and Aurelio takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

That was a close round but I would say that Marcos Aurelio will probably get the nod.

That's time! Aurelio's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Silva throws a hook but Aurelio avoids it easily.
Silva throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Aurelio's waist but Aurelio gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Silva off to one side.

Silva shoots in looking for a takedown but Aurelio manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Silva's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
