Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Solomon Grundy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Pavement (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Max Pavement is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Arvi Lind and Ben Zyskovitsi.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pavement fails with a takedown attempt.
Pavement slips a straight right by Grundy.
No joy there for Grundy, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Pavement jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Grundy dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Pavement will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Grundy slips a jab from Pavement.
Grundy on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Pavement misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Grundy counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

It looks like Max Pavement has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Grundy lands a nice looking body shot.
Pavement misses the jab.
Pavement misses with a looping right.
Pavement takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Pavement takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

A telegraphed right hand from Pavement misses the target.
Pavement lands a jab to the head.
Grundy moves out of range of the strikes.
Grundy looks to land a combination but Pavement avoids it well.
Pavement throws a low kick but Grundy avoids it.
Grundy scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Pavement doesn't seem bothered though.
Grundy stuffs the takedown.
Solomon Grundy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Max Pavement.

and Grundy counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Pavement thinking.
Pavement looks winded!
Pavement tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Grundy was well out of range. Poor timing from Pavement.

Pavement takes a swing at Grundy's ribcage but misses.
Pavement uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Grundy.
Pavement throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Grundy sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Grundy misses with the combination.
Grundy stuffs the takedown attempt from Pavement. Pavement gets slowly back to his feet.

Grundy gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Pavement to score an easy takedown into full guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Pavement drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Grundy manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Pavement has Grundy in his guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Grundy will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Pavement bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Grundy's guard.
Pavement pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Grundy is keeping the position for now.
Pavement is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Pavement accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Pavement throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Grundy knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Pavement on the ground.

Grundy looking to hit a scissor sweep but Pavement is one step ahead there.

Grundy has his hands on Pavement's head, controlling the position.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Pavement takes a swing at Grundy's ribcage but misses.
Grundy uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Pavement.
Pavement is trying hard to land a takedown here. Grundy sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Grundy connects with a single shot there.
Pavement shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Grundy as he avoids it easily.
Pavement thows a body shot but no joy.
Pavement throws the kick towards the body but Grundy avoids it.
Grundy blocks a head kick by Pavement.
Pavement swings and misses with a hook to the body.
A jab from Grundy misses.
Pavement loads up on a big right hand but Grundy slips the punch.
Max Pavement seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Grundy drops Pavement with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Pavement looks back up at him and smiles so Grundy waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Pavement is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Pavement walks into a picture perfect straight right hand from Grundy! He's gone down face first to the canvas, unconscious before he even hit the floor! Ohhhh. My. Goodness! That boys and girls was a beautiful knockout! Give that man a biscuit!
