Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Dave Webster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Carrington (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Dave Webster! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Paul Carrington! The judges for this bout are William Gold, Phil Schofield and James Ackerman.

Webster tries to score a power double leg takedown but Carrington sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Webster somewhat. Webster fails with the takedown. Carrington misses with a double jab.
Webster closes the distance and clinches up with Carrington, looking for a takedown. Webster pushes Carrington against the cage but Carrington circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dave Webster. That's going to take a lot out of him. Carrington cracks Webster with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Carrington misses with a combination
and Webster counters by clinching up. Carrington tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Carrington has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Webster avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Carrington pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Webster really is a fat lump.

Carrington lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Webster shoots in for a takedown but Carrington shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Webster moves out of range of the leg kick from Carrington. Carrington scores with a one two! Webster had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Webster shoots in looking for a takedown. Carrington tries to sprawl out of it but Webster keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Carrington manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Paul Carrington is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Webster moves into range and clinches up with Carrington. Carrington looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Webster jumps guard.

Carrington stands up and waves to Webster to follow him. Carrington misses with the combination.
Carrington displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Webster. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Webster takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Carrington connects with a good right hand that stumbles Webster. Webster circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Webster has Carrington up against the cage in a clinch.
Webster lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Carrington backwards. Webster blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Carrington wants to stall.
Webster has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Carrington is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Carrington is trying to pull guard but Webster turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Carrington jumps guard but Webster stands there with Carrington around his waist. Carrington gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Carrington has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Webster after a bit of a struggle.

Carrington tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Webster is trying to break the clinch but Carrington has him pressed against the cage. Carrington is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Webster to keep the fight standing. Carrington wants to take the fight to the mat but Webster manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. Carrington blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Carrington breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Carrington avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Carrington is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. Webster changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Carrington tries to avoid it but Webster manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Carrington to the ground. Carrington escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Carrington punishes Webster's body with a nice straight punch. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Paul Carrington dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Carrington throws a series of punches but Webster avoids them all with ease.
Webster closes the distance and clinches. Carrington wants a takedown but no success here.
Carrington is looking to take this one to the mat. Webster tries to pull guard but Carrington forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Webster looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Webster tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Carrington is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Webster to keep the fight standing. Dave Webster has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Paul Carrington. Carrington tries to break the clinch but Webster is controlling the position.
Carrington pulls guard. Carrington throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.

Webster is posturing up here but Carrington has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Webster tries to roll out but it's too tight and Webster has to tap! Slick submission there by Carrington!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:26 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Paul Carrington! A less than humble Paul Carrington misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
