Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Justin Timberlake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lolo Perez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Timberlake comes to the cage accompanied by Sexy Back. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Justin Timberlake!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lolo Perez!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Robert Twigg and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Perez will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Perez misses with a takedown attempt - Timberlake sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Perez instigates a clinch.
Perez keeps control of Timberlake as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Perez tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Timberlake smiles and moves away.
Justin Timberlake has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lolo Perez.

Justin Timberlake seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Perez wants to free his trapped foot but Timberlake is holding on for dear life with his legs.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Perez's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Timberlake is controlling Perez's position as best he can from this difficult position.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Perez is just content to waste time from the top position. Timberlake takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.

Despite being in the dominant position, Lolo Perez just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Perez fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Timberlake sprawls well initially but Perez persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Lolo Perez dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Timberlake lands with an uppercut that bounces Perez off the cage and back into rage.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Perez wants to control but Timberlake is keeping him busy.
Timberlake pushes Perez off looking to stand but Perez dives back in and keeps control.

Perez seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Timberlake does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Lolo Perez showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Perez doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Timberlake lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Timberlake lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Justin Timberlake is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Timberlake throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Perez.
Timberlake throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Perez.

Perez has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Perez there as he acknowledges the shot.
Justin Timberlake is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Timberlake catches Perez with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Timberlake lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Perez slips a jab and a cross from Timberlake.
Timberlake darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Timberlake fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Perez throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Timberlake's waist but Timberlake gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Perez off to one side.
Timberlake closes the distance and lands a one-two.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
