The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gold's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Amaral connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Gold scrambles back to his feet.
Amaral stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Amaral jabs Gold to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Gold shoots for a takedown but Amaral saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Gold swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Gold shoots in for a double leg but Amaral sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Gold wants to stay close but Amaral steps back to make room for something. Gold seems frozen to the spot and bam! huge swing of the leg from Amaral and Gold drops like he has been shot! A huge head kick and it's all over!
