Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Aleksandr Martynov and Viktor Lagutenko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch lands to the side of Sliwares 's head but he takes it in his stride.
It looks like Aron Sliwares has been cut.
Sliwares takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
McCall tries a head kick but it misses.
Sliwares blocks a head kick by McCall.
McCall punishes Sliwares's body with a nice straight punch.
McCall lands with a right hand.
McCall wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
McCall circles away from the clinch attempt
and McCall counters with a lovely shot to the body.
McCall is looking to land body kicks.
McCall throws a nice looking combination but Sliwares bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Sliwares fails with the takedown.
Sliwares throws a series of punches but McCall avoids them all with ease.
McCall throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
McCall with a hook.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Sliwares shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts McCall as he jumps to the side.
McCall throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Nice takedown defense from McCall. No joy for Sliwares on that attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Aron Sliwares. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Sliwares is breathing heavily.
McCall lands with an overhand left.
Sliwares misses with a takedown attempt - McCall sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Sliwares avoids the head kick by McCall.
Sliwares shoots in for a takedown but McCall shows good takedown defense.
McCall darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
McCall feints with a jab and clips Sliwares right behind the ear with a massive overhand right! Sliwares is sent crashing into the canvas and McCall leaps in for the kill! Sliwares tries to get to his feet but McCall is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that Sliwares is in need of a savior and steps in!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). John McCall!
