Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Gideon Draper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcos Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Marcos Silva!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Konstantin Menshow and Viktor Lagutenko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva doesn't manage to clinch there - Draper circles away.
Draper doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Silva rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Draper moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Silva looks to throw the jab but Draper is out of range.
Silva is looking to clinch but Draper is avoiding it.
Draper takes a swing at Silva's ribcage but misses.
Silva wants to clinch but Draper slips to the side
and Draper counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Marcos Silva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Draper.
Silva fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Draper is looking to score with low kicks.
Draper misses with a double jab.
The fighters circling - Draper throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Silva misses with a straight right.
Silva blocks a head kick by Draper.
Silva wants to clinch up but Draper keeps it at a distance.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Silva checks a leg kick.
Silva takes a jab right on the kisser.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Draper stalks Silva and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Silva's face. Silva staggers backwards, shaken.

Draper takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Draper digs a good body shot into Silva's ribs.
Silva is trying hard to land a takedown here. Draper sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Silva tries to clinch but Draper is having none of it.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Draper lands with a shot to the body.
Draper missing with a left hand there. Silva was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Good exchange - Silva coming out on top.
Draper lands a jab to the head.
Silva throws an overhand right that drops Draper like a sack of potatoes! Silva dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!

After winning the bout, Marcos Silva thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
