The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Luis Engracia and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Helmsley ducks under a wild hook from Do Jaca.
Do Jaca jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Do Jaca looks to land a left hand but Helmsley moved out of range nicely.
Do Jaca closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Do Jaca lands in his opponent's guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Do Jaca stopping the sweep attempt from Helmsley.
Helmsley working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Do Jaca doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Do Jaca manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Helmsley wants to sweep here but Do Jaca controlling him for the moment.
Helmsley is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Do Jaca tries to free his leg and advance position but Helmsley is retaining full guard.

Do Jaca trying to control the position from guard on top but Helmsley is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Helmsley is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Helmsley bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Do Jaca's guard.
Helmsley works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Helmsley prevents Do Jaca from standing back up.
Do Jaca looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Helmsley lands a nice short elbow.
Helmsley scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Do Jaca kicks Helmsley off and gets back to his feet.
Do Jaca throws a hook to the side of Helmsley's head but Helmsley sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Do Jaca throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Helmsley.
Do Jaca moves into the clinch.
Do Jaca throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Do Jaca looking to slow down the pace here.
Helmsley is looking for a takedown.
Do Jaca is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Do Jaca has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Do Jaca wants to break the clinch but can't.

Do Jaca throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Do Jaca gets control of Helmsley's arms and successfully pulls guard. Do Jaca will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Do Jaca could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Do Jaca pushes a forearm under Helmsley's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Helmsley is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
