Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Leslie Harp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter Walter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Harp comes into the arena with Eternal Erection - Absolutely Free blaring out of the sound system. Peter Walter is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

16 - 13 - 0, fighting out of London, Peter Walter!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Steve Montenegro and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walter changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Harp tries to avoid it but Walter manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Harp to the ground. Harp escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Walter looks for a takedown but Harp sprawls well.
Walter fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Leslie Harp has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Peter Walter.
Harp closes the distance but Walter moves to the side
and Walter counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Harp has Walter pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Harp pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Walter tumbling to the mat - Harp dives into Walter's guard.

Walter has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Harp doesn't defend quickly enough and Walter has managed to lock this one up! Can Harp escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Walter on a fantastic submission victory.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Peter Walter!
