The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matsuda tries to clinch but Koo moves out of range.
Matsuda looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Koo drops Matsuda with a left and a right! Oh, Matsuda is hurt - Koo dives into side control looking to finish!
Matsuda is rocked!
It looks like Ryo Matsuda has been cut.
Koo working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Matsuda is still in real trouble! Can Koo finish him?
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Koo decides to stand up, so the ref orders Matsuda to his feet.
Koo misses with a low kick.
Koo lands with a right and another and another! Matsuda is in big trouble! Koo lands again and this time it's lights out for Matsuda! A quality knockout there for Koo.
