Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Angel Castile!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 14 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bobby TupperII!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Gwen Towbar and Tiny Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Castile misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from TupperII.
Castile thumps TupperII with a low kick.

TupperII manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Castile on his heels. He'll look to pass Castile's guard now, I'm sure.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
TupperII with a flurry of punches that miss.
Castile lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for TupperII!
Castile landing strikes from the mount.
Castile has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of TupperII's face.
TupperII is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Castile cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
TupperII is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
TupperII is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Castile controlling the position easily from mount.
TupperII is looking to improve his position but Castile isn't that keen on the idea.
Castile avoids the attempt from TupperII to control.
Castile wants to control the pace but TupperII is squirming around nicely.
Castile prevents TupperII from getting the reversal.
Castile thowing shots but they're missing.
Castile thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
TupperII is wriggling around trying to escape.
Castile controlling the position easily from mount.
TupperII is a very stocky fighter. Infact he's such a weird shape that he's almost like some sort of comedy character - it's hard to believe he's real.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
TupperII is looking to get to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Castile scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Castile knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for TupperII on the ground.
TupperII is in all sorts of trouble here.
TupperII is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Castile is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But TupperII has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from TupperII!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
TupperII throwing strikes from guard but Castile blocks nicely.

TupperII postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Castile is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of TupperII, into his guard.
TupperII not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Castile is looking to stand up but TupperII won't let him.

Castile is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but TupperII has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Castile is looking to defend but TupperII has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Castile! TupperII pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Castile taps out and this one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Bobby TupperII!
