Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Danny Greene (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mati King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Danny Greene!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Mati King!
The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Josh West and Jeff Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
King stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and King wants it to stay on the feet.
King fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
King looks for a takedown but Greene sprawls well.
Greene tries to clinch up but King circles away and keeps his distance.

King gets caught flat footed, as Greene shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
King can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Greene controls the pace.
Greene lands a couple of elbows.
King keeping moving, preventing Greene from controlling successfully.
Greene wanted to stand there but King had control of the position.
King is trying to control the position but Greene postures up.

Danny Greene has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.

King closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Danny Greene seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Greene throws a series of punches but King avoids them all with ease.
Greene tried to score with a low kick but King checks it.
King looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Greene dives in and grabs King's left leg, looking for a takedown. King pushes down on Greene's head and hops out.

King displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Greene.

King jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Greene walks away with a smile on his face. King gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

King shoots in for a takedown but Greene shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Greene closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Greene seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. King is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
