The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Porter has Blake up against the ropes in a clinch.
Blake is trying to pull guard but Porter turns him against the ropes and we stay in the clinch.
Blake is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Porter pulls him back up using the underhooks.
A left hand lands to the body for Porter.
Porter lands a left hand.
Blake takes a shot to the head.
Porter tries to stall but Blake uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
A nice right hand lands inside from Porter.
Porter gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Blake.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Derek Blake. That's going to take a lot out of him.
With the fighters clinched against the ropes, Porter creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Blake tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Porter avoids it.
Porter lands a right hand.
Porter lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Blake is rocked!

Porter dips a shoulder and cracks Blake with a mighty uppercut! Blake falls back against the ropes and Porter unloads with a barrage of strikes! Blake is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the ropes! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Porter screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
