Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
12 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Demon Maia! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
17 - 16 - 1, fighting out of Hilo, Jonathan Moxon! The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Paul Gruel and Ryoma Takatsuka.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Moxon misses with a body kick. Moxon gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Maia counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Maia passes into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Moxon looking for submissions off his back.
Moxon actively working from the bottom here. Maia is trying to control. Moxon wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Maia is working for a kimura but Moxon is defending it quite comfortably.

Maia moves into side control, avoiding a weak kimura attempt from Moxon. Maia is looking to take a break and control but Moxon is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Moxon is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Maia scores with a couple of nice shots.

Maia trying to control the action but Moxon is working from the bottom. Maia wants to pass to mount but Moxon is defending the position. Moxon wants to get back to full guard. Maia passes to full mount! Moxon is trying desperately to improve position. Maia with the ground and pound from mount.

Moxon has his feet on Maia's thighs here. He's pushed Maia off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Maia screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
