Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mad Dog (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mario Maci Jagatic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mario Maci Jagatic is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Alec Ball and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dog closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Jagatic's guard.
Jagatic had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Dog defends it easily.
Dog knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Jagatic on the ground.

Jagatic has his foot on Dog's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Dog works his way back into a safe position though.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Mad Dog was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
