Nikiel comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Krystian Pudzianowski - Slowianski wiatr kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Robbie Blake has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Chris Edwards and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nikiel gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Blake to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Nikiel keeping moving, preventing Blake from controlling successfully.
Blake throws a big elbow that misses.
Blake has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Blake trying to control the position from guard on top but Nikiel is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Nikiel is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
Blake tries to land a knee to the head but Nikiel blocks with his arms.

Nikiel turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Blake manages to get back to half guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Nikiel working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Nikiel connects with a nice short shot to Blake's temple.
Nikiel passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Blake!
Nikiel really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Blake. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Nikiel connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
It looks like Robbie Blake has been cut.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Blake is looking to improve his position but Nikiel isn't that keen on the idea.

Mariusz Nikiel decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
