Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Coke Poep (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Rosholt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 10 - 0, fighting out of London, Jake Rosholt!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Donald Grub and Andrew Berry.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Poep shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Rosholt counters with a one-two to the body.
The fighters circling - Rosholt throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Poep checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Rosholt looks to land a right hand but Poep moved out of range.
Poep moves out of range of the body kick from Rosholt.
Poep keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Rosholt.
Rosholt looks to throw the jab but Poep is out of range.
Rosholt defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Poep.

Jake Rosholt is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Poep fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Rosholt sprawls well initially but Poep persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Poep wants to work for an arm triangle but Rosholt is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Poep seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Rosholt does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Poep throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Rosholt works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Jake Rosholt was stalling too much, according to the referee.

Poep feints and as Rosholt raises his hands in defense, Poep changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Rosholt is pulling down on Poep's head. It's preventing any offense from Poep, at least for the moment.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Poep is defended easily by Rosholt.
Poep throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Rosholt's waist but Rosholt gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Poep off to one side.
Rosholt throws a lazy right hand but Poep sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Poep moves out of range as Rosholt throws a body kick.

Some bone on bone action there as Poep checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Rosholt throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Poep stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Coke Poep has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

I've got Rosholt winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
