Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tiago Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joona Vuorensola (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Tiago Silva!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Joona Vuorensola!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Richard Clark and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva has closed the distance and engaged Vuorensola in a clinch.
Silva pulls Vuorensola into guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Silva is adopting a defensive guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Vuorensola wants to pass the guard but Silva is keeping the position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Tiago Silva.

and Silva counters with a single leg into guard. Vuorensola didn't expect that.
Silva controls from within his opponent's guard.
Silva might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Silva pushes down on Vuorensola's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Still in half guard, Silva seems content to control.
Silva decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
Silva shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Vuorensola manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Silva stays in close to Vuorensola's body and controls the position.
Silva stands up from Vuorensola's guard - Silva perhaps looking for a knockout.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Silva throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Vuorensola tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Silva is in Vuorensola's guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Silva is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Vuorensola is working an open guard so Silva takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Vuorensola doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Silva counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Vuorensola!
Vuorensola looks winded!
Silva lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Silva lands with some strikes.
Vuorensola really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Silva. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Silva takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Silva's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Silva has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Vuorensola's face.
Silva tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
That's four minutes gone in the round.

Silva lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Silva scores with a couple of good head shots there.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tiago Silva dominated that round.
That's time! Back to the action!
Silva rushes Vuorensola and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Silva has picked Vuorensola up - he's going for a ride! Silva dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Silva lands strikes from half guard.
Silva works his way into side control.
Silva has an Americana. Vuorensola didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Silva is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Silva hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:40 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Tiago Silva!
