The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Hugh Johnson and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Conde gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Conde has Oms pressed against the cage.
Conde decides to pull guard.
Oms is looking to stand up but Conde won't let him.
Conde has his foot on Oms's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Oms works his way back into a safe position though.
Oms wants to get up but he can't break Conde's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Conde pulls Oms in close to prevent any damage.
Oms is looking to stand up but Conde won't let him.
Oms is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.

Oms throws a jab when Conde was well out of range.
Oms tries to keep at a distance but Conde has taken the fight into the clinch.

Oms is trying to work for a sweep but Conde has mounted him!
Conde is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Oms can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Oms wants to control but Conde is having none of it.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That was a close round but I would say that Danico Conde will probably get the nod.

Oms rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Conde moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Oms just misses with a punch to the body.

Conde clinches up with Oms and pushes him back against the cage.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Conde lands a big head kick that sends Oms tumbling to the mat! Conde takes a step backwards and waves Oms back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Conde shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Oms but Oms pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Oms throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Oms connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Conde's hands.
Oms swings for the body but Conde moves out of range.
Oms gets tackled into the cage by Conde. Conde maintains the clinch.
Conde changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Oms fights it off and pushes away nicely.
