Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Demetrius Colrane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Milan Diprivan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Demetrius Colrane! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Milan Diprivan! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Robert Douchet and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Diprivan instigates a clinch. Colrane manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Colrane is trying to keep Diprivan in close.
Diprivan avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Demetrius Colrane just wasn't active enough. Diprivan clinches. Diprivan pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Colrane looking to score a takedown here. Diprivan is defending well but Colrane drives through and ends up in Diprivan's guard. Colrane is working Diprivan over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Colrane makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Colrane sitting in guard here, content to control. Colrane advances to half guard. Colrane is figuring out what he wants to do next. The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Colrane lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Colrane controlling the action here. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Colrane's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Demetrius Colrane has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Diprivan has taken the fight to the clinch.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Colrane stalling the fight.

Diprivan gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Colrane is looking for a sweep. Diprivan is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Colrane works his way to full guard. Good work. Colrane is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Diprivan looking to pass the guard. Colrane escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Diprivan gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Diprivan drops back, looking for a kneebar! Colrane looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Colrane looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Colrane! Colrane is putting a hurting on Diprivan here, landing some big shots from side control. Colrane working the ground and pound. Colrane scoring with punches and elbows. Colrane tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Colrane has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Diprivan gets back to half guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Colrane is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Colrane seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Diprivan is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Colrane pulls his head out easily. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Colrane is working for a submission of some sort.
Diprivan wants to improve his position but Colrane is controlling well.

Demetrius Colrane dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Diprivan is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Diprivan has a takedown stuffed. Colrane is looking to clinch but Diprivan is avoiding it.
Nice uppercut there from Colrane. Diprivan with a lazy takedown attempt enabling Colrane to counter with a crisp jab. Nice jab there from Colrane. Colrane slaps away a takedown attempt from Diprivan, before circling back to the center of the mat. Demetrius Colrane has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Milan Diprivan. Diprivan tries to sprawl but Colrane drives through with a takedown into half guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Colrane not doing much here.
Diprivan pushes Colrane off looking to stand but Colrane dives back in and keeps control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Colrane scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Colrane has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Colrane sitting and controlling from the half guard. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Colrane connects with a nice short shot to Diprivan's temple. Diprivan tries to kick Colrane off but Colrane keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Colrane stalling away here and it's allowed Diprivan to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard. Diprivan keeping moving, preventing Colrane from controlling successfully. Colrane throwing strikes from guard but Diprivan blocks nicely. Diprivan trying to keep a closed guard but Colrane is proving a slippery customer.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Colrane makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Colrane chips away with some ground and pound. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Colrane showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Diprivan keeping moving, preventing Colrane from controlling successfully. Colrane working some strikes from top position. Demetrius Colrane overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Colrane stands up over Diprivan, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Colrane scoring with some ground and pound. Colrane postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Diprivan is rocked! Diprivan has momentary wrist control but Colrane slips an elbow through the middle. Diprivan is still in real trouble! Can Colrane finish him? The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Colrane is working Diprivan over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Colrane is pushing down on Diprivan's leg trying to pass to half guard. Diprivan is fighting to maintain full guard but Colrane has managed to sneak the leg through. Nice strikes from Colrane there. Colrane scores with a big shot! Diprivan's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Diprivan! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:57 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Demetrius Colrane! A relieved looking Demetrius Colrane thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
