Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jonathan Hope (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sun Whan Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jonathan Hope! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Sun Whan Lee! The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Robert Douchet and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lee works Hope's body with a nice hook. Lee ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Hope walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Hope stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Lee dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Lee scores with a shot to the body.
Lee changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Hope looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Lee tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily. Lee controls the position. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Hope struggling a bit here. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Lee cracks Hope with an elbow. That is naaassty. Hope tries to improve position but can't. Lee advances to mount. Lee cracks Hope with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lee fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Lee lands a big shot to the head and Hope winces in pain. He's tapped out due to strikes!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Sun Whan Lee! During a confident post fight interview, Sun Whan Lee thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
