Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Las Mambo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dan Gabble (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these fighters are unbeaten, so somebody's 0 has got to go!Dan Gabble has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Las Mambo's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Las Mambo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dan Gabble! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Cecil Peabody and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mambo shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Gabble lunges at Mambo with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Mambo's hand. Mambo tries to clinch and Gabble counters with a nice double leg into side control. Mambo won't be happy with that. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Mambo is trying to control Gabble's posture but Gabble avoids it. Gabble tries to advance to mount but Mambo denies him. Mambo regains half guard there - taking advantage of Gabble's attempt to lay and pray for a moment. This has been an exciting period of action! Gabble is taking a breather. Mambo says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Mambo trying to control but Gabble postures up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gabble looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Gabble throwing shots but Mambo is blocking nicely. Mambo is refusing to be controlled, as Gabble sits in half guard. Mambo has hold of Gabble's hands but Gabble slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Gabble thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Mambo's head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fighters are battling for position here. Mambo manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Gabble stopping the sweep attempt from Mambo. Gabble trying to control but Mambo is working from the bottom. Mambo is pulling down on Gabble's head. It's preventing any offense from Gabble, at least for the moment. Mambo is looking for a triangle but Gabble pushes his legs off easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gabble in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Gabble trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Gabble sitting in guard here, content to control. Gabble being controlled here momentarily. Mambo trying to keep a closed guard but Gabble is proving a slippery customer.
Gabble must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Las Mambo has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Gabble loads up on a big right hand but Mambo slips the punch. Gabble looks to land a right hand but Mambo moved out of range. Gabble throws a hook but Mambo blocks it. Gabble shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Mambo is trying to defend but Gabble finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Gabble is just content to waste time from the top position. Mambo takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Gabble throwing strikes from guard but Mambo blocks nicely. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Gabble throws a hook to the side of Mambo's head but Mambo sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Gabble connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Mambo moves in looking to clinch but Gabble pushes him off. Mambo throws a body punch but Gabble moves out of range. Gabble darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Mambo is looking to control Gabble's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Mambo avoid being mounted? Gabble seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mambo manages to get to full guard.
Gabble passes into half guard. Mambo has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Gabble is working away from the top position though. Mambo blocking the ground and pound attempt from Gabble.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gabble sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Mambo defending well though. Gabble prevents Mambo from improving his position. Gabble is looking to stall here but Mambo recovers full guard. Gabble stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Mambo swivels though and keeps the full guard. Gabble is looking to pass into half guard but Mambo pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Mambo is in guard. Mambo stands and throws Gabble's legs to the side, diving into side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gabble gets back to half guard. Mambo scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Dan Gabble has got the better of the ground game so far. Gabble trying to control but Mambo postures up.
Mambo wants to free his trapped foot but Gabble is holding on for dear life with his legs. Gabble is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Mambo's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Mambo's back! Gabble has the hooks in. Mambo is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted. Gabble punches Mambo on the ear. I really don't envy Mambo right now.
A bit of a pause in the action here. Gabble controlling the positon.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Gabble tries to get the hooks in deep but Mambo pushed the leg off. Mambo breaks Gabble's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Gabble keeping moving, preventing Mambo from controlling successfully. Mambo stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Gabble swivels though and keeps the full guard. Gabble wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Mambo throws a big elbow that misses. Gabble looking for a sweep. Not yet Gabble, not yet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dan Gabble showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Back to the action! And we move into the final round!
Mambo looks to land a combination but Gabble avoids it well. Las Mambo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Mambo throws a head kick but Gabble moves out of range.
Mambo shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Gabble defends it nicely. Mambo misses with a jab, cross combination.
Gabble tries to work over Mambo's front leg with a kick but Mambo checks it. Mambo keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Gabble. Gabble loads up on a big right hand but Mambo slips the punch. Gabble tries to score a power double leg takedown but Mambo sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Gabble somewhat. Mambo misses with a straight right.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mambo takes the fight into the clinch. Gabble is trying to pull guard but Mambo turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Gabble on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Gabble has Mambo pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Gabble pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Mambo tumbling to the mat - Gabble dives into Mambo's guard. Gabble slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Mambo struggling a bit here. Gabble wants to control but Mambo is keeping him busy. Dan Gabble is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mambo sneaks back into half guard. Gabble trying to control the pace. Mambo is doing well to control the position and prevent Gabble from advancing to side control. Gabble wants to free his trapped foot but Mambo is holding on for dear life with his legs.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mambo is looking to improve his position.
Gabble with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Las Mambo has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Mambo is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Gabble finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mambo fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Gabble lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Mambo lands with a straight right. Gabble didn't see that one coming. Mambo takes one to the side of the head.
Gabble looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Mambo! You can see the frustration on Mambo's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Mambo is trying to improve his position. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Gabble remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
And that's the end of the fight! Dan Gabble comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Gabble winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
