Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Frank Sinatra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Keith Green (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Green is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Supersonic - Jamiroquai. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 28 - 12 - 4, fighting out of Las Vegas, Frank Sinatra!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Keith Green!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Alan Glass and Stewart Dunkirk.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Green ducks right into an uppercut from Sinatra.
Sinatra throws a lazy uppercut
and Green cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Green throws a leg kick but Sinatra checks it.
Green throws a nice inside leg kick.
Green lands a head shot.
Green walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Sinatra's corner calls for a 1-2. Sinatra obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Sinatra fails to land the takedown.
A looping hook to the body misses from Sinatra. Green does a little dance to reset his feet.
Green tried to score with a low kick but Sinatra checks it.

Sinatra feints and as Green raises his hands in defense, Sinatra changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Green is on top in guard.
Sinatra is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Green stands up from Sinatra's guard - Green perhaps looking for a knockout.

Green makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Green.
Sinatra wants to control from the top but Green keeps moving.

Green tries to stand but Sinatra is controlling from the bottom.

Sinatra working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Green doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Green manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Green looking to sit in guard and control but Sinatra gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Green manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Keith Green has got the better of the ground game so far.

Sinatra is looking to control Green's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Sinatra avoid being mounted?
Sinatra tries to roll over but Green keeps him under control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Green in particular looking to stall.

That was a close second round but I would say that Frank Sinatra will probably get the nod.

Sinatra shoots in looking for a takedown. Green tries to sprawl out of it but Sinatra keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Green manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Green lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Sinatra has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Sinatra and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Sinatra looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Green is fending him off so far but Sinatra persists. Nope, Green circles away and we're back to standing.
It's got to the stage where if one of these guys blows hard enough, the other might fall over.
Sinatra steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Green. That one must have hurt.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Green lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Sinatra stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Green.
Good leg kick by Green there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Sinatra takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.

Sinatra dives in and grabs Green's left leg, looking for a takedown. Green pushes down on Sinatra's head and hops out.
Sinatra looks to throw the jab but Green is out of range.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Green takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Green connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Sinatra throws a poor cross that misses
and Green counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.

And that's the end of the fight!
Keith Green comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Green has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
