Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Damian Drake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and How Long (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Drake's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, War is my Destiny. Long has chosen The Anthem by Onra as his entrance music. The key to victory for Damian Drake has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Damian Drake! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, How Long! The judges for this bout are William Peck, Ian Loll and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Long looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Drake wants to stand up but Long is controlling him. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Long in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Long wants to control from the top but Drake keeps moving. Long with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Long throws a big elbow that misses. Long throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Drake works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Long has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Drake is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Long is controlling him. That's one minute gone in the round. Long distracts Drake with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Drake keeping moving, preventing Long from controlling successfully. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched. Long keeps control of Drake as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Drake is trying to break free. Long breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Long tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. Long has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Drake! Long lands a big shot there that rocks Drake but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Drake is rocked! Long cracks Drake with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). How Long! How Long gave a mention to Sydney BEAST Clothing in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
