Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Diego Santana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Icaro Asas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Santana comes to the cage accompanied by Apaga mais não bate(Jiu-jitsu). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Paulo Santos and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Asas leaves Santana with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Asas cracks Santana with a big right hand but Santana just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Asas looks up at the clock and then as Santana takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Asas smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Santana might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Asas scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Santana is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Asas can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!

A relieved looking Icaro Asas thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
