Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Rob Mayhem (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rafeal Djocovito (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mayhem comes to the cage accompanied by pissed off and mad about it. Djocovito has chosen Rose - A Perfect Circle as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

13 - 22 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Rafeal Djocovito!
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, John Mangel and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mayhem doesn't manage to clinch there - Djocovito circles away.
Mayhem fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Mayhem clinches.
Djocovito tries a body shot but Mayhem blocks it.
Mayhem trying to land knees to the body.
Djocovito drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Mayhem gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Djocovito stands up over Mayhem, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Djocovito is looking to work some ground and pound but Mayhem has wrist control.

Djocovito is pushing down on Mayhem's leg trying to pass to half guard. Mayhem is fighting to maintain full guard but Djocovito has managed to sneak the leg through.

Mayhem knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Djocovito on the ground.

A very excited looking Rafeal Djocovito rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
