The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wake rushes Robinson and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Robinson breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Wake closes the distance and lands a one-two.
It looks like Joe Robinson has been cut.
Robinson is looking to land body kicks.
Wake swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A head kick from Robinson lands but Wake takes it in his stride.
Robinson doesn't manage to clinch there - Wake circles away.
Wake circles away from the clinch attempt.
Robinson wants to clinch
and Wake counters with a one-two to the body.
Robinson is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Robinson pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Oh Robinson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Robinson misses with a takedown attempt - Wake sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Some wild striking there from Wake.
Wake walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Robinson drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Wake swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Robinson's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
