Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tony Foster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eugene Oregon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tony Foster! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Eugene Oregon! The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Yves DeLean and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Oregon tries to close the distance and clinch but Foster swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Oregon looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Foster! Foster bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet! Oregon scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Oregon prevents Foster from improving his position. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Foster blocking the ground and pound attempt from Oregon. Oregon wants to lay and pray for a moment but Foster keeps working. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Oregon trying to advance position but Foster counters by regaining guard. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Oregon accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. That's three minutes gone in the round. Oregon wants to get back to his feet but Foster is in a dominant position and won't allow it. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Oregon is on top in guard.
Foster utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Foster looking for a sweep. Not yet Foster, not yet. Oregon throws a big elbow that misses. Oregon stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Foster swivels though and keeps the full guard. Foster kicks Oregon off and gets to his feet. Oregon tries to land a front kick but Foster steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Foster keeps the fight on the outside.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Oregon has closed the distance and engaged Foster in a clinch.
Oregon tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Foster's elbow. Oregon escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Foster avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Foster throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Foster fails to land the takedown. Oregon tries to clinch there but Foster circles away.
Oregon wants to clinch up but Foster keeps it at a distance. Eugene Oregon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Oregon fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Foster, pushing him back against the cage. This has been an exciting period of action! Foster jumps into guard, dragging Oregon to the mat.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Oregon is working Foster over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Foster looking to hit a scissor sweep but Oregon is one step ahead there. Oregon trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Eugene Oregon dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Oregon has managed to clinch.
Foster taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
Oregon's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Oregon tries to clinch and Foster counters with a two punch combo. Foster swats away the attempt to clinch by Oregon. Foster dives in and grabs Oregon's left leg, looking for a takedown. Oregon pushes down on Foster's head and hops out. Oregon feints and as Foster raises his hands in defense, Oregon changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Oregon landing some decent shots from guard. Foster preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Oregon forces his way into half guard. Oregon is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
That's one minute gone in the round. Oregon throws a strike but Foster avoids it easily and moves to full guard. Oregon with a nice head shot there. Foster preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Oregon's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Oregon throws a big right hand that misses. Foster on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Foster tries to get out of the position. Foster is trying to control the position but Oregon postures up. Oregon trying to control but Foster is working from the bottom. Oregon with a nice head shot there. Oregon forces his way into half guard. Foster actively working from the bottom here. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Nice strikes from Oregon there. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Oregon looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Foster is rocked! Oregon works his foot free and advances to mount. Oh Foster is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Oregon postures up and lands a whopping elbow - oh that's hurt Foster bigstyle! Two more strikes land for Oregon and the fight is over!
