Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Toby Diaby (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Katsuro Sato (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Diaby comes to the cage accompanied by Trying'da hold me down. Katsuro Sato has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
25 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Toby Diaby! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
17 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Katsuro Sato! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, James Ackerman and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Diaby throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Sato's waist but Sato gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Diaby off to one side. Sato keeps Diaby at a distance using the push kick. Diaby misses with a body shot.
Diaby blocks a jab. Diaby just misses with a punch to the body.
Sato connects with a nice looking jab.
Sato throws an off balance right hand
and Diaby counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Diaby. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Sato is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Diaby defends well. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Sato wants to sweep but no luck. Sato bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Diaby's guard. Sato makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Diaby is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Sato is aware though and is defending well. Sato postures up in Diaby's guard and throws a big left but Diaby blocks it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sato sitting in guard, not really doing much. Sato tries to free his leg and advance position but Diaby is retaining full guard. Diaby is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. The fighters are battling for position here. Sato manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Diaby works over Sato with some ground and pound from guard. Sato working for a triangle but Diaby defends it easily.
Diaby wants to control from the top but Sato keeps moving. Sato has his feet on Diaby's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sato fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Diaby has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Katsuro Sato seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Diaby throws a lazy right hand but Sato sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Diaby throws a jab but it's blocked by Sato. Sato dips to his left and cracks Diaby with an uppercut! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Sato lands with an overhand left. Diaby looks to land a right hand but Sato moved out of range. Sato throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Sato throws out a loose jab but Diaby uses good head movement to avoid it. A looping hook to the body misses from Sato. Diaby does a little dance to reset his feet. Sato lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Diaby has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Diaby there as he acknowledges the shot.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sato tries to score with a low kick but Diaby moves his leg out of the way. Sato scores with a jab. Diaby acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Diaby throws a body punch but Sato moves out of range. Sato lands with an uppercut that bounces Diaby off the cage and back into range. Sato stuffs the takedown. Sato fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Diaby. Diaby ducks right into an uppercut from Sato. Diaby on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sato misses the jab. Sato throws a leg kick which misses Diaby's front leg but catches the back leg as Diaby tries to avoid it. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Sato ducks under a wild hook from Diaby. Sato stuffs the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Toby Diaby. That's going to take a lot out of him. Diaby checks a low kick from Sato. Diaby has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Sato. Sato avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Sato misses with a body kick. Sato throws a shot to the body.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Sato tried to score with a low kick but Diaby checks it. Sato throws a right hand that misses
and Diaby counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Diaby fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Sato manages to avoid it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Katsuro Sato dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Diaby throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Sato. Sato misses with a right hand so Diaby counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Sato is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Sato is trying to keep Diaby in close.
Sato is looking to sinch up a triangle. Diaby throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Sato's body to avoid the submission. Sato has instead reached around Diaby's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Sato arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:46 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Katsuro Sato! After winning the bout, Katsuro Sato thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
