Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pablo Diallo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brisco County Jr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diallo slaps away a takedown attempt from County Jr, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Diallo gets in close and instigates a clinch.
County Jr blocks an elbow strike.
County Jr jumps guard but Diallo turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Diallo tries to score a body lock takedown but County Jr shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

County Jr is pressed up against the cage. Diallo has hold of a leg and is looking to drag County Jr down to the mat. County Jr avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Oooh a lovely combination from County Jr sends Diallo down but not out. County Jr dives into side control looking to finish.

Diallo shoots in but County Jr avoids the takedown attempt easily.

County Jr has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Diallo clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

County Jr is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Diallo has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.

County Jr goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Diallo has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for County Jr but great work by Diallo.

County Jr connects with a good right hand that stumbles Diallo. Diallo circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
