Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Michael Bisping (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bob Baramari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Baramari is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by WOODKID - Iron. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
30 - 20 - 1, fighting out of London, Michael Bisping! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
39 - 29 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bob Baramari! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Wesley Smith and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Baramari throws a leg kick and Bisping counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Bisping blocks a low kick nicely. We've been informed that Baramari has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Bisping takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Baramari lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Baramari rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Bisping moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Baramari pulls out of a head kick attempt.
An inside leg kick from Baramari misses. Baramari dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Bisping. That did some damage! Baramari goes for a high kick. It partially lands. This has been an exciting period of action! A low kick from Baramari is predictable there and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Baramari takes one to the side of the head.

Bisping fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Baramari sprawls well initially but Bisping persists and gets the takedown into half guard. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Baramari is trying to stand back up but Bisping is controlling him
Well, if Bisping is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Bisping has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Bisping wants to control but Baramari is keeping him busy. Bisping sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Baramari defending well though. Baramari is staying active underneath Bisping, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Bisping has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage. Baramari is defending against the submission attempts here by Bisping.

Bisping is trying to control the action in half guard but Baramari is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Baramari is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Baramari wants to get back to his feet.
Bisping throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Bisping wants to lay and pray for a moment but Baramari keeps working.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Baramari is looking to escape. Bisping content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. The fighters are battling for position here. Baramari manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Bisping throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Baramari works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Bisping wants to control from the top but Baramari keeps moving. Bisping working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Bisping is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Michael Bisping just wasn't active enough. Baramari lands with a thumping leg kick.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Baramari throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Baramari misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Baramari throws a jab but it's blocked by Bisping. Baramari connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. A lazy body kick from Baramari and Bisping counters with a solid body kick. Baramari connects with a solid leg kick. Baramari is looking to slow Bisping down with leg kicks. Baramari throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Baramari misses with a low kick.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Baramari looks to land a body kick but Bisping moved away. Bob Baramari is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Bisping checks a leg kick. Bisping misses with a jab, cross combination.
Sloppy strikes from Bisping. Those never looked like landing. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bob Baramari dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Baramari throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Bisping. An inside leg kick from Baramari misses. A head kick misses from Baramari. Baramari fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Bisping has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Baramari with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Bisping shoots in looking for a takedown. Baramari tries to sprawl out of it but Bisping keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Baramari manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Baramari throws a body kick that misses. Baramari misses with a two punch combination.
Bob Baramari seems to be getting the better of the standup. Baramari fails to land with a series of punches.
Michael Bisping is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Baramari tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Bisping manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Bisping misses with a body shot.
Baramari lands with a kick to the ribs.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Baramari throws a leg kick but Bisping sees it coming and moves out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bisping stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Baramari. Baramari misses with a kick to the body.

Bisping lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Baramari throws a quick inside leg kick. Baramari pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. A bone on bone clash there as Bisping blocks the leg kick.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Baramari shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Bisping eats them both and turns towards Baramari to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Bisping has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Bisping and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Baramari fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Baramari looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
That kick from Baramari tenderised Bisping's leg. Bisping is trying to keep his angry face on. Bisping takes a kick to the body and keeps moving. Baramari lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Baramari throws a head kick that misses. Baramari lands a jab-cross combination. Bisping darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Baramari wants to get back to his feet.
Baramari is breathing heavily. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Bisping lands a nice short elbow. Michael Bisping overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

We're going to have a standup here because Michael Bisping wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. A clash of legs there as Bisping blocks the low kick. Baramari tries to score with a low kick but Bisping moves his leg out of the way. Baramari throws a sloppy head kick and Bisping moves out of range easily. Baramari throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Bisping throws a right and a left that both miss. Bisping avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Baramari throws a jab but it's blocked by Bisping. Bisping showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Baramari.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Bisping bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Baramari's head. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Baramari misses with a head kick.
Bisping throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bob Baramari showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!

Bisping is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight. Baramari uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Bisping.
