PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Michael Bisping (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bob Baramari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Baramari is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by WOODKID - Iron. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 30 - 20 - 1, fighting out of London, Michael Bisping!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 39 - 29 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bob Baramari!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Wesley Smith and Chris Downing.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baramari throws a leg kick
and Bisping counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Bisping blocks a low kick nicely.
We've been informed that Baramari has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Bisping takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Baramari lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Baramari rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Bisping moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Baramari pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Baramari dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Bisping. That did some damage!

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Baramari lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Bisping has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Bisping and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
