Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Maksymilian Chodakiewicz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dom Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jackson has chosen Slayer - War Ensamble as his entrance music. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Maksymilian Chodakiewicz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Dom Jackson! The judges for this bout are William Gold, Andrew Berry and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chodakiewicz changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Jackson looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Chodakiewicz moves into full mount! Chodakiewicz wants to control the pace but Jackson is squirming around nicely. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jackson is desperately trying to improve his position but Chodakiewicz has a good base and remains in mount. Jackson sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Jackson wants to control but Chodakiewicz is keeping busy.
Chodakiewicz trying to control from half guard but Jackson is working away. The fighters are battling for position here. Jackson manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Chodakiewicz wants to control from the top but Jackson keeps moving. Jackson uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Chodakiewicz shoots for a takedown but Jackson saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Chodakiewicz closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Chodakiewicz lands in his opponent's guard. Jackson wants to sweep here but Chodakiewicz controlling him for the moment. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Chodakiewicz lands a couple of decent looking shots. Jackson is looking for a triangle but Chodakiewicz pushes his legs off easily.
Chodakiewicz has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Chodakiewicz stopping the sweep attempt from Jackson. Chodakiewicz tries to stand but Jackson is controlling from the bottom. Jackson looking for a sweep. Not yet Jackson, not yet. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Chodakiewicz trying to control but Jackson is working from the bottom. Jackson looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Chodakiewicz stands and steps away. Jackson gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Chodakiewicz slips a jab from Jackson. Jackson throws a hook to the side of Chodakiewicz's head but Chodakiewicz sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Chodakiewicz darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Chodakiewicz looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Jackson is staying active underneath Chodakiewicz, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jackson looking for submissions off his back. Chodakiewicz lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Chodakiewicz tries to pass to full mount but Jackson defends it. Chodakiewicz knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Jackson on the ground. Jackson gets back to full guard.
Chodakiewicz in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Chodakiewicz drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Chodakiewicz jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Chodakiewicz stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jackson swivels though and keeps the full guard. Jackson looking to control.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Chodakiewicz throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Jackson works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Jackson lands a brutal head kick. Chodakiewicz looks out on his feet and Jackson throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick and Punches). Dom Jackson!
