Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Robinson Crusoe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Laurent Page (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Robinson Crusoe! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Laurent Page! The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Illya Tyunina and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Page tries to clinch but Crusoe moves out of range. Page slips a jab and a cross from Crusoe.
Crusoe leaves Page with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Crusoe shoots in for a double leg but Page sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Crusoe misses with a jab, cross combination.
Crusoe keeps the fight on the outside. Page tries to clinch but Crusoe is having none of it. Page wants to clinch up but Crusoe keeps it at a distance. Crusoe throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Page. Page closes the distance but Crusoe moves to the side so Crusoe counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Page keeping moving, preventing Crusoe from controlling successfully. Crusoe is pushing down on Page's leg trying to pass to half guard. Page is fighting to maintain full guard but Crusoe has managed to sneak the leg through.
That's one minute gone in the round. Crusoe wants to stand up but Page is controlling the position.
Crusoe is figuring out what he wants to do next. Crusoe is working for a submission of some sort.
Page really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Crusoe. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Page wants to get back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Crusoe seems to be working for a kimura but Page defends the submission attempt. Crusoe missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Crusoe is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Page is just riding it out for now. Crusoe eventually gives up the hold.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Crusoe decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet. Page gets tackled into the cage by Crusoe. Crusoe maintains the clinch. Crusoe misses with a knee strike.
Crusoe pulls Page into guard.
Page wants to stand but Crusoe has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Crusoe has control of Page's left arm, preventing Page from doing any damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Page wants to stand but Crusoe has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Page forces Crusoe back against the cage and clinches. Crusoe trying to control the position but instead, Page has worked for underhooks and has pushed Crusoe into the cage. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Crusoe escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Page tries to close the distance and clinch up but Crusoe swats him away and circles back towards the center. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Robinson Crusoe dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Crusoe fails with a takedown attempt. Page showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Crusoe.
Crusoe shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Page as he jumps to the side. Page looks to clinch and Crusoe counters with a shoot takedown. Page fights it but they end up in guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Crusoe stands up from guard. Let's bang! Page missing with a left hand there. Crusoe was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Page fails to land with a series of punches.
Robinson Crusoe is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Page fails with a takedown attempt. Page darts in and clinches Crusoe up against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Page tries to land knees in the clinch but Crusoe avoids the damage to the body. With the fighters up against the cage, Page throws an elbow but misses. Crusoe blocks an elbow strike from Page.
Page pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage. Crusoe throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Page's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Crusoe closes this distance looking for a takedown but Page circles away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Robinson Crusoe. That's going to take a lot out of him. Crusoe gets the takedown into side control. Page is breathing heavily. Crusoe is trying to get an arm triangle but Page is defending well. Crusoe looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Crusoe wants to control but Page is keeping him busy. Crusoe tries for a kimura but Page is defending well. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Crusoe stands up and beckons Page to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Crusoe circles away from the clinch attempt.
A head kick misses from Crusoe. Page tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Page tries to clinch but Crusoe moves out of range. Crusoe will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Page defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Crusoe. Page defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Crusoe. Crusoe fails in his attempt to clinch. Crusoe shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Page sprawls well. Page wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Crusoe gets slowly back to his feet. Page tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Crusoe manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Crusoe thows a body kick. Page tries to catch it but that hurt him. Page moves in looking to clinch but Crusoe pushes him off. Page swings for the body but Crusoe moves out of range.
Page avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Crusoe throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Page's waist but Page gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Crusoe off to one side. Page tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Crusoe paws at him with a jab and circles away. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Page shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Crusoe pinned against the cage. Crusoe gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Crusoe shoots in and drives through. Page sprawls well. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Robinson Crusoe dominated that second round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!
Crusoe throws a lazy head kick and Page counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Page fails in his attempt to clinch. Crusoe closes the distance and clinches. Page is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Crusoe is defending well for now. Crusoe drags the fight down to the ground.
Page being controlled here momentarily. Page tries to stand but Crusoe is controlling from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Page wants to land a leg kick but Crusoe is out of range. Crusoe is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Page's half guard. Crusoe is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Page defends it well. Crusoe is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Crusoe thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Page's head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Crusoe not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Crusoe tries to pass the half guard into mount. Page knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Crusoe is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Page has managed to free his arm - good work. Crusoe is trying to control the action in half guard but Page is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Crusoe trying to pass the guard but Page defending well. Crusoe lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Still in half guard, Crusoe seems content to control. Robinson Crusoe is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Page keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Page is trying to stand.
Crusoe controlling the action here. Laurent Page has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Page takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Crusoe escapes and gets back to his feet. Page fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Crusoe is out of range. Page thows a leg kick but Crusoe checks it and Crusoe counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Page looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
And that's the end of the fight! Robinson Crusoe showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Crusoe, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
