The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Mauricio Rocha and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pinksy swings for the body but Kharitonov moves out of range.
Pinksy delivers a nice body kick.
Pinksy throws a series of punches but Kharitonov avoids them all with ease.
Kharitonov slips a jab and a cross from Pinksy.
A right-left combo lands from Kharitonov.
Pinksy throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Kharitonov.
Pinksy blocks a head kick by Kharitonov.
A telegraphed right hand from Kharitonov misses the target.

Pinksy tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

It looks like Drew Pinksy has been cut.
Kharitonov tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Pinksy breaks the clinch.
Kharitonov throws a sloppy head kick and Pinksy moves out of range easily.
Pinksy misses with a straight right.
Pinksy looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Kharitonov misses with a wild body shot.
Pinksy avoids a kick to the body.
Kharitonov gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Pinksy wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Kharitonov lands a shoulder strike.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Kharitonov dips a shoulder and cracks Pinksy with a mighty uppercut! Pinksy falls back against the cage and Kharitonov unloads with a barrage of strikes! Pinksy is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Kharitonov screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Boris Kharitonov!
A relieved looking Boris Kharitonov thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
