And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Luke Kilpatrick!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Donatello Bradman and Damien Edna.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Al Shami misses with a looping left.
Al Shami tries to close the distance and clinch but Kilpatrick swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Al Shami connects with a right hand. Kilpatrick shakes it off.
Kilpatrick is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Al Shami.

Naser Al Shami seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Al Shami throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Kilpatrick sees it coming and avoids it easily.
The fighters circling - Al Shami throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Al Shami tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Kilpatrick was well out of range. Poor timing from Al Shami.

Al Shami lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Kilpatrick uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Al Shami.
Al Shami lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Al Shami misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Kilpatrick.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Kilpatrick, right into the meat.

A decent looking cross lands there for Al Shami.
Al Shami takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Kilpatrick lands a brutal head kick. Al Shami looks out on his feet and Kilpatrick throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
