Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Yanuar Tri Utomo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Fario (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tri Utomo scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Tri Utomo swats away the attempt to clinch by Fario.
Fario keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Tri Utomo lands a left and a right that send Fario crashing to the mat, dazed. Tri Utomo thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Fario is rocked!

It looks like Paul Fario has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Fario moves in looking to clinch but Tri Utomo pushes him off.
Fario is still on wobbly legs! Can Tri Utomo finish him?

Fario takes the fight into the clinch.
Fario throws an elbow but it misses.
Tri Utomo could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Tri Utomo wants to break free but Fario has control.
Fario seems to have recovered his senses.

Fario's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

and Fario counters with a one-two to the body.
Tri Utomo misses with a jab, cross combination.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Fario closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Tri Utomo to the mat! Tri Utomo manages to get full guard.

Fario drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Fario jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Fario passes Tri Utomo's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

Tri Utomo knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Fario on the ground.
Fario wants to free his trapped foot but Tri Utomo is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Fario is working to tighten is grip on Tri Utomo's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Tri Utomo has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Fario is really squeezing tight and eventually Tri Utomo passes out! Fario breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

After winning the bout, Paul Fario thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
